Since 2006 Principle Homes has been a company focused on providing clients expert care and representation in the design, building, and remodeling process. We consider it a privilege to be a part of the change in lifestyle and enjoyment that comes from updating your spaces. Our goal is to use our years of accumulated experience as builders and designers to assist you in creating your vision for the place you call home. We do this by offering loyalty, honesty, integrity, and respect throughout the process. This is who we are and what we value. This is Principle Homes.
Meet the Team
David Banker
David grew up in a construction family. From a very young age, he was going to work with his dad on Saturdays learning the trades and seeing how everything was put together. When school was out, he spent his summers at his grandfather's property in the hills of East Tennessee, where his engineer grandfather taught him the concepts of loads, cantilevers, and foundation structure.David took over the management of the family business in his early 20s and after several years of healthy growth, in 2006 he left the family business and established Principle Homes as a custom remodel company. In 2018 David began working in the field of green building concepts and working to further his knowledge in the area of moisture, harmful fungus prevention, and nontoxic building practices. David has a unique knowledge and appreciation for healthy homes. He enjoys problem-solving and working with clients to meet the unique needs of those who require special attention as it relates to breathing challenges and healthy environments.
Being loyal by nature, David enjoys defending the interest of his clients by utilizing his knowledge and experience in the field of best building practices. He can be trusted to make responsible and practical choices, to honor commitments to people and plans, to protect and care for others, to recognize and think about all possibilities and perspectives, and to be reliable with any needs when it comes to making a dream project come true.
David resides in Franklin with his wife and four children who are most important to him. He loves his people well and works hard, and he gives every project his very best no matter the size because he believes in what he does.
Kyndall Cowart
Kyndall is a dedicated friend and worker with a passion for helping others. With a good eye for detail and a passion for organization, Kyndall plays an important role in ensuring the seamless function of our projects. From coordinating schedules to managing communication with subs/vendors or homeowners, she is committed to supporting our team and clients professionally and efficiently.
Outside of work, she enjoys singing and songwriting while serving the local church. With a heart for people and their needs, Kyndall strives to enhance the homeowners experience along with everyone else involved to contribute to the growth of our company and who we are.
