David, his team, and all subs were great to work with. Very respectful to our home during the whole process. Our remodel and renovation is stellar quality; we are very happy with it. David was responsive to our requests. He is a great listener with great design and aesthetic instincts. Some of the highlights of our renovation were built walk-in closet for new master bedroom, industrial pipe bookshelves and barn door for new office, installation of designer vanities and tile work in three bathrooms. Principle Homes has done two major remodels (kitchen gut and bath gut) the last 3 years and has delivered nothing but stellar results. Other projects PH has done for us include supervising the installation of new brick walkway, steps, and wrought iron porch railings, hunting down a leak and doing the necessary repairs, and fabricating a new fireplace mantel/surround. David Banker, owner, listens well, has design and aesthetic sense, can fabricate designs that we come up with, has excellent crew members and subs and is always super responsive to all communications. We have been known to change our mind on things mid-stream, and David is always so gracious and takes it in stride. I would give Principle Homes the highest rating possible and would recommend him for anything from leak detection and repair to building you a new house! His company can do it all.
